Led the integration and enhancement of the Care Onboarding portal directly into the CMS, creating a unified experience for clients to approve and manage their knowledge bases, eliminating legacy dependencies, consolidated two separate systems into one seamless workflow, and modernized the onboarding experience as part of the Sunset Legacy Care initiative. The enhancement enabled clients to upload documents, generate AI-powered responses, and manage their entire knowledge base from a single, intuitive interface.
The Care Onboarding portal existed as a separate system from the CMS, creating a fragmented and frustrating user experience. Clients had to navigate between two different databases and interfaces to approve and manage their knowledge bases, with limited functionality available in the portal. The legacy logic didn't align with the current CMS architecture, causing inconsistencies and requiring users to make changes in multiple locations.
Integrated the Care Onboarding portal fully into the CMS, creating a unified publishing system that syncs changes in real-time. Built a new card/icon view as an alternative to the table view, giving users a more visual and manageable way to review responses. Integrated functionality allowing clients to upload documents and generate AI-powered Q&A responses within the same workflow. Implemented progress tracking, mass approval capabilities, and an in-app testing feature for clients to validate responses.
Unified experience - Eliminated the need to navigate between separate systems, creating one seamless workflow for knowledge base management
Reduced onboarding time - Streamlined the initial knowledge base setup process with integrated document upload and AI-powered response generation
Improved user adoption - Clients who previously avoided the portal due to limited functionality now have full CMS capabilities in an intuitive interface
Platform scalability - Consolidated legacy systems and established a foundation for future Care product enhancements
